Parkhurst Cellars Chardonnay 2018
This partially barrel fermented Chardonnay hails from a small vineyard high in the rolling hills outside Jacksonville. The Dijon clones grown there mature during the long growing season before hand picking at harvest. The new wine ages in a variety of oaks from several forests in France. The best barrels are blended and given a light filtration before bottling. Pure perfection in balance of fruit complexities, barrel ageing and the artful craft of the winemaker.
