Pebblestone Albariño 2018
The 2018 Pebblestone Albarino is another stellar example of what the varietal can do in the Rogue Valley. The nose accentuates the Rias Baixas style of enology, with aromatic qualities of fuji apple, ginger, and tiger lilies. The brightness Albarino is known for showcases early on the palate, and is complimented by notes of clementine, turmeric, lemongrass, and the alluvial minerality Pebblestone is famous for. Pair with Thai and Indian foods, shellfish, and of course Valencian Paella.
