Troon Vineyard Côtes du Kubli Blanc 2020

The Côtes du Kubli Blanc is a particularly lush and round example of these varieties. Its aromatics and flavors hint of honeysuckle with ripe pears and peaches. As with all of our white wines, it was barrel fermented with native yeasts in mature French Oak Burgundy barrels and underwent natural malolactic fermentation. This is a wine for enjoying in its youth. We recommend it as an aperitif with a wine range of tapas and also as a compliment to Asian dishes with a bit of spice.
